We specialize in all aspects of Reproductive Law but are exceptionally experienced in the following areas:
Gestational Carrier agreements
We represent Intended Parents working with gestational carriers, and gestational carriers who have been matched with Intended Parents on their own or through an agency.
traditional surrogacy agreements
We assist Intended Parents and traditional surrogates in the drafting and negotiation of Traditional Surrogacy Agreements. Traditional Surrogacy Agreements present unique legal issues and require special attention.
Egg Donor Agreements
We represent both Intended Parents and Egg Donors with all of their reproductive law needs. We represent Intended Parents working with Egg Donors, both anonymous and known, in the drafting and negotiation of Egg Donor Agreements. We also represent donors who have been matched with Intended Parents on their own or through an agency.
Sperm Donor agreements
We assist Intended Parents and donors in the drafting and negotiation of Sperm Donor Agreements in semi open, and known matches.
Embryo Donation Agreements
When parents have remaining cryopreserved embryos after completing their family, many will want to donate them directly to another family. We assist and represent both Recipient Parents and Donors in the drafting and negotiation of Embryo Donation Agreements.
We have extensive experience in obtaining parentage orders for Intended Parents working with a Gestational Carrier. We accomplish this through petitioning the court prior to the birth of a child in order to have their names placed on the child’s birth certificate (known as a Pre-Birth Order). We can also help obtain Post-Birth Parentage Orders that may be more appropriate or required in certain situations.
We are able to handle all of the legal aspects of your adoption to ensure a smooth and seamless process.
Clients may elect to use our services to manage all fee and expense payments to their Egg Donor and/or Gestational Carrier, allowing clients to focus on the more important aspects of the relationship with their Egg Donor and/or Gestational Carrier.
