Embryo Donation Agreements are contracts that define, in detail, the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved in an embryo donation arrangements.  Recipient Parents are those who are receiving embryos directly from Donor(s) (as opposed to from an Embryo Donation Agency).   Embryo Donors are those who are donating unused embryos from their own IVF cycle to recipients for their family building.  Regardless of whether we are representing Regardless of whether we are representing Recipient Parents or Embryo Donors, we are sensitive to not only the legal issues but also to the unique familial ties between the parties who will potentially have children that are genetic sibling.
